The apartment is on the ground floor, that means that it is not so lightly, but it is fresh during the summer period. It is possible to eat in the courtyard, where there are a table and some chairs (just in front of the door).

The apartment has a large dining room with kitchenette and a sofabed, a bathroom (bath with shower-fitted) and a double bedroom. It is perfect for two hosts, but it can host up to four persons thanks to the sofabed.
