The apartment is on the ground floor. It is possible to eat in the courtyard, where there are a table and some chairs (just in front of the door).

The apartment has a large dining room with kitchenette and a sofabed, a bathroom (bath with shower-fitted) and a double bedroom. It is perfect for two hosts, but it can host up to four persons thanks to the sofabed.
